PhD Research

The thesis focuses on transitional  and gender justice in the post war context of Liberia and Sierra Leone. It major aim is to assess the extent of protection that exist within the international, regional and national human rights frameworks and institutions for women and girls in conflict and post conflict situations in Africa and propose a reform that will respond to the need of women and girls at post conflict reconstructions and rehabilitations at the regional and national levels.
