Biography
Charles was appointed a member of the Governing Body in September 2010. He is currently Executive Director of the UK Pension Regulator as well as a senior advisor to the Financial Services Authority. He was a partner with PwC from 1999 to 2009. He has a number of interests in Africa including being a founding member and current advisory board member of Africa24 Media an organisation that promotes better journalistic reporting of social, political, economic, health and educational in Africa.
