Biography
I studied Theravada and Mahayana Buddhism in South Korea and India. Food issue in Theravada Buddhism is my main interest in my PhD topic.
PhD Research
I research attitude to food in Theravada Buddhism compared to other Buddhist Schools. The ultimate purpose of this research aims at establishing theoretical foundation for East Asian temple food.
