Biography
Maryann completed her doctoral work at the University of Texas at Austin, and will receive her PhD in Sociology in December 2012. Prior to joining SOAS she taught as an Assistant Instructor at the University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on questions of migration, globalization and development, gender, and the environment.
