The research presents an analysis of some internal elements (decision making – bureaucracy – cultural determinants) that affect the foreign policy making in Egypt and lead to its current outcomes, The analysis approaches three African issues (the Nile Water – The Egyptian Ethiopian relations – Egypt’s performance and influence inside the regional organisation of the African Union).
