Aim:
This is an introductory course aimed at users who would like to create or edit their own graphics. No prior knowledge is required although keyboard & mouse skills are a prerequisite.
Course Content:
- The Photoshop Environment;
- File formats
- Create a new file
- Using the tools
- Introduction to Layers and LAyer masks
- Background Colour and Fill Effects
- Transforms and Filters
- Adding Text
- Saving completed Images.
NB: Current Microsoft Office training courses provided by Staff Development will be mostly in 2003 format (with additional notes for 2007 users) until next summer. Starting from September 2010, all Microsoft Office training courses will be provided in 2007 format.
