Replacing the Harassment Policy: Dignity at SOAS

Aim: Is to give details about the updated SOAS Dignity at Work policy for bullying and harassment issues.

Target Group: All staff

This is a two hour session open to anyone who would like to know how the School deals with complaints of discrimination, harassment, bullying & victimisation from its students and staff.

For the first 30 minutes, the session will look at the new policy and discuss definitions of various terms such as discrimination, harassment, bullying, victimisation etc.

The session will then look over case studies and discuss the implications of these for staff and students.
