Learning From Difficult Situations

A "critical incident" might be a complaint, or it might be some incident which occurs in the School that may be difficult to resolve. It is therefore useful to review examples of how similar situations have been diffused previously.

This will be an opportunity for staff to look at some potentially problematic scenarios and get advice on how to best deal with these difficult situations.
