This orientation programme is essential for all new staff. They should also attend the Equality and Diversity Overview.
The orientation programme will provide a comprehensive overview of the how the School operates, its strategic plan and sub-strategies and its plans for the future. It will include a look at both the Vernon Square and Russell Square campuses, as well as allowing participants the chance to visit the Library (building work allowing). The day will be a chance to meet key contacts from across the School and ask them questions, and to meet other new members of staff. This comprehensive introduction day to to the complex institution which is SOAS closes with a wine reception hosted by the Director.
This Orientation Programme will be repeated in September 2013.
