Equality and Diversity Overview

This workshop has been designed for all staff, whether they deal predominantly with students, staff or visitors on a regular basis. It will provide participants with an overview of equality and diversity issues in general, and will look at how the legislation might impact on anybody's work.

Course Content:

Participants will be able to identify examples of common discriminatory behaviour and be able to contribute towards creating more inclusive teams as well as being more aware of the needs of students, other staff and visitors.
