Target Group
This workshop is for anyone who wants to further develop their assertiveness skills, to understand
what can stop us from being more assertive as well as how to put a range of assertiveness techniques into practice when needed.
Content
On this course we will cover:
•Understanding what assertiveness is and is not
•Striking the right balance between assertive, passive and aggressive behaviour
•Developing assertive behaviours – verbal and non verbal
•Learning a range of assertive techniques and how to apply them in situations such as during conflict, when making requests and saying no
