How to advertise your volunteering opportunities
UK-based Opportunities - JobOnline
The Volunteering Unit at SOAS uses JobOnline to advertise UK volunteering vacancies. Organisations can post 25 word adverts for volunteering vacancies for free. If you would like to advertise on JobOnline, please register via the employer login page.
Please note: If you wish to place a longer advert (more than 25 words) or display a logo on JobOnline, then there is a fee of £142 plus VAT per calendar month.
International Opportunities - International JobOnline
The Volunteering Unit at SOAS uses International JobOnline to advertise international volunteering vacancies. Organisations can post 25 word adverts for international volunteering vacancies for free. If you would like to advertise on International JobOnline please register via the International JobOnline registration page.
Other ways to promote volunteering opportunities
Once you've registered your volunteering opportunity on either site, the Volunteering Unit is then able to offer additional services promoting those opportunities through other avenues including: on our Facebook and Twitter pages; by direct email to students; on college notice boards, and in our volunteering folder in the Careers Service. Once you have uploaded your vacancy to the relevant site, please email us on volunteering@soas.ac.uk to let us know.
Reaching students of other University of London colleges
Interfase is used to post vacancies for all colleges within The Careers Group. A list of these colleges can be found here so you may wish to advertise to all students at the University of London or only to SOAS students.
