Video Sizes Used in the CMS
All videos to be used on the web should be saved as: mp4 H264 Baseline profile level 3 or below

Images
An image should be added for each image with the same size as the video (eg 640x360px), these images should be 72px per inch and either JPEG (complex images eg photographs) or PNG (for simple graphics eg titles or logos)
Audio
Audio files can be uploaded into the Multimedia content type, these must be saved as mp3
