Re-registration onto your Research Degree for 2014/15

Online Re-registration through SOAS Online Student Services
The online registration system will open in August 2014. You will be notified by email when it is available for you to access.
It is a statutory requirement that we collect your updated enrolment data and we cannot confirm your re-registration until you provide this information.
Please ensure that you complete the following tasks before you attend your re-enrolment session at SOAS:

This section shows the programme of study you are following and you to verify and update the essential data that we are required to hold. Please check the information carefully and complete each page of the section.
Within the online enrolment system, you will be able to pay your fees using the SOAS Web Payments site. The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta.
Tuition fees are payable in full before or at enrolment at the beginning of the academic year.
If you are not in receipt of a loan or other form of funding (ie you are paying your own fees), there is a fee payment by instalment option available. The minimum tuition fee for instalments is £1500 and the fees are paid in two equal instalments. The first instalment is due before or at enrolment and an administrative charge of £150 will be added onto this first instalment.
You do not need an invoice to pay your fees. Please quote your 6-digit student ID number as a reference.
Alternatively, if you have applied for a student loan or you are being sponsored, you will need to provide us with your loan or sponsorship details as early as possible as we will be unable to complete your enrolment unless we have received this evidence. You can do this by scanning and emailing your loan or sponsorship documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can bring the document to the fees office at Vernon Square (Monday – Friday, 10am – 12noon and 2pm – 4pm).

Returning research students must attend an re-enrolment session during Welcome Week. This process allows us to check all of the necessary information about you and confirm your status as a student. You will also be issued with a new Library ID Card, if necessary. Please see the full details under Re-enrolment.
As a returning student you are not required to attend Faculty or Orientation events unless you wish to do so. However, we would welcome you at any of the scheduled events. Details of these events can be found on the Welcome Week pages for our new students.
