Professor Bruce Aronson

Professor Aronson was until recently a professor of law at Hitotsubashi University's Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy; he will soon be a Visiting Scholar at the U.S.-Asia Law Institute, NYU School of Law. He has been tenured professor of law at universities in the United States and Japan, and has also served as a corporate partner at a major New York law firm. Professor Aronson also serves as an outside director at a listed Japanese pharmaceutical company.
