The interaction between states - in the main - and other bodies including corporations, churches, trade unions and political movements is the business of diplomacy. In some respects - Social Media leaders and officials can communicate in ways never achieved before and with a speed that is unprecedented. At the same time - secrets - subterfuge - propaganda and false information continue as before but in newer ways. In this webinar Dr Plesch will discuss how the Digital Age has brought change and concealed continuity.
