Beverly Sunn

Beverly is one of the first American female entrepreneurs to establish a real estate and relocation firm in this region. A pioneer of corporate mobility services, Sunn founded Asia Pacific Properties in Hong Kong in 1985 and expanded into China in 1995 with offices in Shanghai, Beijing & Guangzhou. She is also Chairperson of one of Hong Kong's leading Hong Kong property companies, OKAY.com.

Beverly has served on the Board of Directors of Worldwide ERC® (Employee Relocation Council), the relocation industry’s leading association, headquartered in Washington D.C. Additionally she serves on the board of directors and advisory committees of other significant global real estate organisations. As an industry leader in real estate & relocation Beverly participates as a guest speaker at international conferences regularly. More recently she was invited to be a panelist at the SOAS China Institute annual debate in London.

Beverly is a former president of The American Club Hong Kong (the first woman to occupy the post in the club’s 85-year history), a former board member of the Hong Kong chapter of the International Woman's Forum (IWF). She is a founding member of the 'Women of Influence' conference in the Hong Kong business community.

In Shanghai, Beverly is a board member of the Community Centre Shanghai (CCS) which provides services to the international community and is a Founding Member and Chairperson of the Friends Committee of Shanghai Symphony Orchestra.

In the fall of 2012, Beverly was appointed to Thomson Reuters Founders Share Company Board of Directors
