Monisha Bharadwaj

Monisha Bharadwaj holds a BA in Ancient Indian History, Politics and Economics from Osmania University, as well as a 3-year professional diploma from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Mumbai, and a diploma in journalism from The London School of Journalism. She is the author of more than a dozen Indian cookery books, and an accomplished food journalist, having written for The Sunday Telegraph, Waitrose Food Illustrated, Delicious, and Food and Travel, among other publications, and featured on radio and television including programmes on various BBC radio channels (Regional, Asian, Everywoman), and television programmes such as Great Food Live, and Bites (BBC's UK Food channel) and Iron Chef America (The Food Network, USA). Ms Bharadwaj now runs her own cookery school in London.

Time Description
6pm Refreshments followed by a one-hour lecture given by Monisha
7pm Participants to join in a one-hour cookery class where they will learn to cook dishes discussed in Monisha's lecture
8pm Group discussion / sharing of food prepared in the cookery class

Booking Information

Classes are limited to a maximum of 12 participants.

These pilot classes are being offered free of charge, but a £10 deposit, refunded on the evening, must be made to hold a place.
