Labour, Movements and Development Seminars

The ‘Labour, Movements and Development’ research cluster investigates changing employment relations, class relations and identities under neo-liberal globalisation, as well as social and political action undertaken by labour and for labour. Through both theoretical and empirical investigations those academics who are part of this cluster work on processes of informalisation, labour standards, inequality, labour and social movements and policies relating to labour and the labour relation. They also provide policy recommendations for movements, governments and international organisations.
