Student visa compliance

The new Graduate route launched on 1 July 2021 replacing the previous Doctorate Extension Scheme, which closed on the same day. The graduate route is open to Undergraduate and Masters students to successfully apply for this visa enabling them to stay in the UK and work – or look for work – at any skill level for two years. Doctoral students will be able to stay for three years.
