Transcripts and certificates
Following award, an official transcript and degree certificate are sent out to what we hold as your home address in our system, as below:
- Undergraduate students: September
- Postgraduate students: February (following a December award) or September (following a July award)
Degree certificates are not handed out at the Graduation Ceremony.
When your certificate is issued (see timeframe above), you will receive an email to what we have as your home email on our system, from PremierCert with instructions on how to access your documents online and permit access to third parties.
Once you log on to PremierCert, you should see your documents listed and a magnifying glass symbol to the left. If you click on the magnifying glass, a PDF of your document should open.
Different browsers have different behaviours, however you must ensure that pop-ups are not blocked.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need the password to your PremierCert account to be reset.
Since December 2016, certificates are sent out by Royal Mail international signed for and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your documents have been produced.
