Please note that fees are payable in full at enrolment. Tuition fees should be paid in pounds sterling (GBP). A fee payment by instalment option is available to self-funding students undertaking on-campus degree programmes. The fees below are per academic year. Please note that fees go up each year. 

Fee rates for Home/EU status students who enrolled on their degrees before 2017/18 are different.  Please see the Protected Fee Schedule 2020/21.

The Government has guaranteed EU fee status students, both those returning and those starting in 2019/20 and 2020/21, that their tuition fees will remain at the Home/EU level for the duration of their programme of study at SOAS.

Students who are formally sponsored should provide evidence of funding before enrolment to the Fees Department.

Please ensure that your Student Finance loan application is showing the correct fee, degree programme and year, and that you have signed and returned the declaration form to Student Finance, by 23 September 2019.
