Booking your Graduation tickets
If you or your guests have special access needs, see our Access Guide.
Attendance at the Graduation Ceremony is free for eligible graduands but you must still book your place using the Ede and Ravenscroft booking website so that you are allocated a seat at the ceremony.
The ticket booking system will close at midnight on Wednesday 8 July 2020. Please note that if you have not booked your ticket by this deadline your name will not be read out at the ceremony. Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis. Therefore, to avoid disappointment it is recommended you book as early as possible. Please ensure that you read the terms and conditions. Please ensure when making your booking that you notify us of any special requirements for you or your guests.
If you are in your final year, you don’t have to wait for your results. You'll be able to receive a full refund if you or any of your guests are unable to attend. Please see our ticket policy on refunds.
We’ll ask you for your preferred name and a pronunciation guide when you book. Please let us know if you’d like to be called up by a shortened version of your name. Unfortunately, we can’t call you up by a name that doesn’t form part of your official name.
How much does it cost?
Tickets for graduands are free and £30 each for guests. This includes entrance to the ceremony the reception afterwards. You can get tickets for just the reception on the day for £15.
How many tickets can I book?
Each student should book their own ticket and can purchase up to two guest tickets until 01 May 2020.
After this date you will only be able to purchase one guest tickets until the final deadline at midnight on the 08 July 2020 (if tickets have not sold out before).
Please remember that tickets are sold on a first come first served basis. Therefore, to avoid disappointment it is recommended you book as early as possible.
For guests without seats in the main Graduation hall we’ll be showing the event by the video link in the Viewing Suite. You’ll also be able to buy separate tickets for the reception on the day. We can’t allow children under the age of 6 in the main Ceremony, but they are welcome to sit in the Viewing Suite if they’re with an adult.
