  • The Management of Reorganisation and Change Policy was agreed with the School recognised trade unions UCU and UNISON and approved by the School’s Executive Board in July 2009. In August 2013 it was updated to reflect statutory changes as a result of the Equality Act 2010 and to reflect the practical operation of the policy. These changes were agreed with the TUs and by EB.
  • The policy sets out the five key stages significant change proposals must go through before being either approved or rejected by Executive Board. It also covers how to manage proposed changes which are considered to be minor in nature.
  • Current change proposals: this section includes any change proposal which is currently active in terms of consultation across the School or where a recent decision has been announced.
  • Past proposals: this section includes previous change proposals affecting areas across the School since 2009.
