Family and Work-Life Balance Procedures

This page and its supporting documents provide policies, procedures and advice relating to work-life balance issues and for School employees with children or caring responsibilities; 

Consultation on all these policies and procedures has been carried out with the School's recognised trade unions and all these policies are operational.  However, to date, only the Flexible Working Procedure has been agreed with both UCU and UNISON.

These various policies and procedures will be updated from time-to-time as required. The School's recognised trade unions will be consulted and invited to comment on any proposed changes to policies or procedures.
