Information on the SOAS Support Staff & IFCELS Teaching Staff Rewards Round (including forms to apply for Accelerated, Additional Increments, Contribution Increments or One-off non-consolidated payments) can be found under the Reward & Recognition Procedure.

Information on the Academic Promotion & Rewards Round 2015/2016 (including forms to apply for additional or accelerated increments and one-off payments) can be found under the Academic Promotions Procedure.

Consultation on all these policies and procedures has been carried out with the School's recognised trade unions. All these policies and procedures have been agreed with UCU and UNISON.

These various policies and procedures will be updated from time-to-time as required. The School's recognised trade unions will be consulted and invited to comment on any proposed changes to policies or procedures.
