Print Issues
General IT Queries/Requests
  • Maintain printers in the Library
  • Refund credits
  • Create print accounts
  • Resolve print login issues
  • Assist with all other queries and issues related to printing services.
  • Resolve basic queries remotely
  • First point of contact for AV emergencies (classroom/lecture room related issues)
  • Download and configure applications, provided by SOAS
  • Answer all IT related queries for all users and if we are unable to resolve your query, we escalate your issue to the relevant advanced technical team and track the progress of resolution
