CKS (Centre of Korean Studies) Bursaries

The Korean Studies Fund (EKSF) will fund a number of CKS (Centre of Korean Studies) bursaries for students undertaking a full-time postgraduate Korean Studies programme. The total budget available is a maximum of £18,000 for 2018-19. The value of each bursary is up to £6,000 for students classified as Oversseas for fee purposes and up to £3,000 for students classified as Home/EU for fee purposes.  This year's deadline was 3 May 2018.

Sochon Foundation Scholarship

The Sochon Foundation has generously provided SOAS with scholarships for students undertaking a full-time post-graduate programmes in Korean Studies. The Sochon Foundation scholarship, valued at £7,000 in total is for tuition fees with the remainder, if any, for living costs.

Academy of Korean Studies Postgraduate Bursary

From 2007 to 2017 the Academy of Korean Studies (AKS) generously provided SOAS bursaries for students undertaking a full-time postgraduate Korean Studies programme.
