The School of Law welcomes, encourages and facilitates students’ pro bono engagement with a range of national and international partners (law firms, NGOs, community based groups). Pro bono work complements students’ academic experience with practical insights, providing life experience, valuable skills and networking opportunities. Several student led groups engage in pro bono work at the School of Law, enabling students to advocate from within the uniquely conscientious environment at SOAS.
This includes SOAS Pro Bono initiated by the SOAS Law Society and SOAS Lawyers without Borders Student Division contact: email@example.com. The School of Law also offers students the opportunity to work with partner organisations as part of the International Human Rights Clinic and the Law School’s Detention Law Clinic.
