Since the 1970s, the British Immigration Policy has experienced three times, “the end of liberal immigration policy”, “implementation of severe immigration law” and “interests- seeking immigration policy”. All the three policies have an important effect on Oversea Chinese people’s migration patterns, economic development and demographic  characteristics. In this context, Chinese people developed into the third minority nationality.
