In November 2010 UNFCCC COP 16 will take place in Mexico. This expert panel will discuss the state of play on specific aspects of climate change negotiations, (including mitigation, adaptation and finance) post-Copenhagen both within the United Nations climate regime and in other multilateral fora. Special consideration is given to the impact that the Copenhagen Accord has had on the architecture of climate change negotiations internationally.
