Groundwater and Climate Change – Multi-level Law and Policy Perspectives – Authors’ Workshop

The Law, Environment and Development Centre (LEDC) organised an Authors’ Workshop on Groundwater and Climate Change – Multi-level Law and Policy Perspectives on 11 December 2015 at SOAS.

 The workshop brought together authors of papers to be submitted for a special issue of Water International and discussants to debate papers arising from earlier workshops organised under the 2013-2015 partnership project on Climate Change and Groundwater Management: An Indian Law and Society Comparative Study jointly run by School of Law, SOAS – University of London and the National Law University, Delhi in the context of the UK-India Education and Research Initiative (UKIERI).

The workshop was divided in sessions focusing on draft papers:
