Important Service Update

  • Access to electronic books, journals and databases for SOAS staff and students via the Library webpage.
  • Support on Open Access, Research Data Management and using SOAS Research Online via
  • Enhanced online support will be available 
  • Staff can continue to request learning materials via We will be unable to scan items but will attempt to source or suggest a suitable  electronic resource.
  • Support from subject librarians via or direct through the subject librarian web pages
  • The Library building is physically closed to all users. Please check the library website for updates on the phased re-opening of library spaces.
