The IT Service Desk is the representative of SOAS LIS department which provides the first point of contact for IT related queries and requests via email, telephone and in person. The Service Desk team members coordinate with various Information Systems (IS) teams to resolve IT queries/requests within the Service Level Agreement set by stakeholders and service consumers. You can contact us via telephone, e-mail or come to the IT Service Desk in the Library Reception between 0900 and 1900 Monday-Friday term time only and between 0900 and 1700 out of term time. Saturday the service desk is open between 1100 and 1600.
