PhD candidate Hany Rashwan presents his paper, "Philosophical and literary argumentation methods in the Ancient Egyptian rhetorical system".

PhD Candidate Hany Rashwan presents his paper, "Philosophical and literary argumentation methods in the Ancient Egyptian rhetorical system". in  The first European Conference on Argumentation (ECA), Argumentation and Reasoned Action, Institute of Philosophy (IFILNOVA), Universidade Nova de Lisboa -New University of Lisbon, Portugal , 9-12 June 2015.  

Rashwan will also present a paper in the the Twentieth Biennial Conference of the International Society for the History of Rhetoric (ISHR),Rhetoric across Cultures, University of Tübingen, 28-31 July 2015, where he will give a paper on  "Beyond the Eurocentric: New approaches for revealing the literary rhetorical system of Ancient Egypt". 

He will also present a paper in Oxford Comparative Criticism and Translation (OCCT) in collaboration with the European Humanities Research Centre (EHRC), OCCT annual conference: Prismatic Translation , University of Oxford, 1-3 October 2015, where he will give a paper about " Ancient Egyptian visual literariness between the unspoken and the untranslatable.
