On 26 June 2017 many students, staff and stakeholders participated in a series of events which formed part of the assessment for the award of Customer Service Excellence (CSE) for SOAS Library. We are proud to announce that the assessment was successful and SOAS Library is now nationally recognised as one of the few Higher Education institutions with this achievement.
We continue to invest in continuous improvement in customer services delivery. In 2020, we will be aiming for one of the CSE+ categories, which is even more prestigious.
