SOAS graduates go on to careers in diverse fields around the world. We offer a range of services to help you make the most of your time and provide the connections you need after you graduate.
Our Mental Health and Well-being Advisors offer professional, confidential support to help you manage your welling being at the School. We also offer support meetings and workshops, and can even provide mentors should you need it.
SOAS students are active global citizens, contributing to and initiating projects that benefit a wide community, both locally and internationally. Our Volunteering Unit exists to promote opportunities to students and staff, as well as provide assistance to voluntary organisations.
We offer support to students looking to Study Abroad, where students can choose from over 400 courses and build a unique programme including both traditional disciplines and specialist courses across each of our three Faculties.
Our Student Disability Advisors are here to help you make the most of our accessibility features and facilities. We can also make individual adjustments to exam arrangements, library services learning support and our various forms of assistive technology.
Disability and Dyslexia Services
Do not be surprised to see Buddhists Monks queuing for lunch in the Refectory, or hear Muslim or Christian students practicing their devotions in one of the Schools dedicated prayer rooms. We are a community of people where individuals are free to live out their faith in an open and encouraging environment.
