Collin Constantine is a Senior Teaching Fellow in Economics at SOAS, University of London and Research Fellow at the Institute for Sustainable Prosperity. He had served as Coordinator of the Institute for New Economic Thinking, Young Scholars Initiative’s Economic Development Working Group and is presently a co-Investigator for the Development Economics Research Program at the Interdisciplinary Global Development Centre (IGDC), University of York. Collin is the author of numerous articles and book chapters published in peer-reviewed journals and monographs. His research focuses on how the balance of payments constraint affects technological progress, fiscal/monetary policy, the growth-distribution nexus, and thus, the evolution of political economy dynamics within and between Emerging Economies. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Guyana, an M.Sc. in Development Economics from SOAS and a Ph.D. in Economics from Kingston University.
