Biography

My pronouns are she/her. I job share the Disability Advisor role and I am also one of the Mental Health mentors. I have worked at SOAS since March 2019.

I identity as a woman of a Greek nationality and I moved to the UK in 2002. I have a degree in Psychology from Athens University and a Masters in Group and Intercultural Psychotherapy from Goldmsiths, University of London. I am also a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor. Prior to working for SOAS I worked for years in the equivalent of Student Advice and Wellbeing in an FE College and for a private university.

I love learning languages and I speak Spanish and used to be able to speak German! I have an interest in the mind-body connection as well as feminine and transpersonal approaches in psychology.
