Kuan-Cheng Chen received his PhD from Manchester Businesss School, the University of Manchester, where he is currently an adjunct academic. He has many years of full-time teaching experience in Taiwanese universities. His teaching and research focuses include Chinese Entrepreneurship, Chinese Family Business, and Strategy and Organisation in Emerging Markets. His interaction with universities in Greater China has fuelled his interests in university governance and management. He has enjoyed the good fortune of publishing with some of the best scholars on East-West issues and comparative management. Currently, he is working on research projects relating to the transition of Taiwan's businesses and their roles in the global supply chain post COVID-19.
