Biography
Mark is an online tutor in Global Challenges: Science Diplomacy. He has a PhD in Government and International Affairs from Durham University, an MSc from Oxford University in Major Programme Management and an MA in Global Diplomacy from London. Previously Mark worked in 3 IGOs: the ITER Nuclear Fusion Project in France, the European Southern Observatory in Germany/Chile and a NATO Management Agency.
