Overview

The course is designed to equip recruiting managers and those participating as interview panel members with an overview of the recruitment process at SOAS. It will provide recruiting managers with the knowledge and expertise to manage recruitment process effectively ensuring key knowledge of best practice and legislation that underpins recruitment at SOAS.

NOTE: Participants must have already attended Recruitment and Selection Part 1 to attend this training session. This is mandatory training for any member of staff sitting on a recruitment panel.
