Self help can include online or telephone resources, self help leaflets, books and external organisations. We aim to keep this information up to date and add new resources whenever we can. Self help can be used on its own or alongside our services.

The NHS has a range of online resources which address a number of topics like mindfulness, anxiety and a mood self-assessment tool, and self-help leaflets on a wide variety of issues including PTSD, bereavement and eating disorders.
