If things go wrong

We want you to have a pleasant time studying with us, but we understand there might be occasions where you’re not as satisfied as you could be. You have the right to complain if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience at SOAS. However, you also have a responsibility to follow the rules and regulations of the School whilst studying here.

There are different procedures depending on what the complaint is about:

Student Complaints

The student complaints procedure covers issues involving teaching, supervision or a service provided by the School (eg the Library or Registry).
