Dr. Richard Bush

Richard Bush is a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, holds the The Michael H. Armacost Chair and Chen-Fu and Cecilia Yen Koo Chair in Taiwan Studies, and is co- director, with Mireya Solís, of its Center for East Asia Policy Studies (CEAP). He also holds a joint appointment as a senior fellow in the Brookings John L. Thornton China Center. Bush came to Brookings in July 2002, after serving almost five years as the chairman and managing director of the American Institute in Taiwan. He is the author of a number of books articles on China's relations with its neighbors, particularly Taiwan.

Professor Jinji Chen

Jinji Chen is the Dean of the Graduate School of Financial Management at the CTBC Business School. He was an advisor to Taiwan’s Executive Yuan, Taipei City Government, and Taichung City Government as well as an Independent Director of Taiwan Financial Holding Co. Ltd.

Professor Steve Chu-chia Lin

Steve Chu-chia Lin is an Economic Professor in National Chengchi University and the Economic Convener in National Policy Foundation (the KMT’s think tank). He served as the Minister of National Development Council and Deputy Minister of Mainland Affairs Council during Ma Ying-jeou’s second presidency.
