As part of Paris Arbitration Week 2023, SOAS University of London is delighted to welcome you to its remote event Hot Topics in International Arbitration in Africa.
Counsel, arbitrators, and key players from the industry will be diving into the hot topics of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) dispute settlement mechanism, the resolution of private commercial disputes under the AFCFTA regime, the intersection between human rights and arbitration in Africa, and the resolution of FinTech and cryptocurrency disputes in Africa.
The panel discussion will be moderated by Mr. Tsegaye Laurendeau (Partner at Signature Litigation).
