Biography
Steve was appointed to the Governing Body in 2012 and is also a member of the Audit Committee. He is currently Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair of the NHS South of England Strategic Health Authority and was Non Executive Director and Audit Chair of OCS with its extensive interests in Asia. He has also held various non executive director posts within the NHS and advised on start up business operations. Steve retired from PwC in 2006, where he was the Risk Management Leader for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this role, he was responsible for multinational audits and acquisitions. As part of this role he carried out quality control reviews in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Steve is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and graduated in Geography from St Catharine’s College Cambridge following time volunteering in India.
