Room Booking

Staff Room Bookings

A Staff Web Room Booking system is available which enables you to search for available rooms and submit a booking request.  Confirmation of your booking will be received via an email, usually the same day.

To use the Web Room Booking system please go to:

Web Room Booking

and log in using your SOAS Staff ID (example: xy75) and password.

Booking Period

 You can book all available rooms up to October 2nd 2016.

 You can book meeting and conference rooms, the KLT after 7pm plus teaching rooms for activities outside teaching time (weekends and holidays) up until December 2016.

 Vernon Square is available to book until Welcome Week 2016.

 Senate House is not available to book in 2015/16.

Students can book rooms via course tutors for study sessions, via the Student Union for Societies or hire space via the Conference Office.

External Bookings

If you do not work at SOAS but wish to hire a room or hold an event here please speak to our Conference Office.
