Biography
Dr Cheng Jin holds a PhD in Economics from SOAS University of London.
He is an Associate Professor at Shandong University and teaches Public Finance/Public Economics and Research Methods. Dr Jin is recognized as an expert on the Hong Kong economy and has been frequently consulted on various economic issues.
