About this event
This is a launch event to celebrate the publication of Food Beyond Terroir: Tasting Place and Placing Taste in Global Perspective edited by Dr Katharina Graf and Dr Anna Colquhoun, researchers at the SOAS Food Studies Centre.
The event will include an introduction to the book by its editors, talks by esteemed food anthropologists David Sutton and Melissa Caldwell, and a wine reception.
The book is available open access at Berghahn Books.
